I have been to several dental clinics in Canada but I was blown away by Meadows Dental group. On arrival, I received a warm welcome by the receptionists. The clinic is spanking clean, the treatment rooms are spotless. The dental equipment are modern and first class. The customer service is second to none . Dr Foullefack exam and xray results were clearly interpreted and explained to me using 3D imaging technology. The hygienist was excellent in scaling & polishing and ensured effective plaque removal while communicating with me all along. Very professional. And to my surprise, in my dental hygiene kit I found handwritten thank you card and a several items of high value and quality . For the first time I was taught how to flush the right way using the right technique. I would highly recommend this Meadow’s Dental Group

I have some pretty bad dental anxiety and as such haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years. From the moment I stepped into the office I was made to feel comfortable and the hygienist and dentist treated me with kindness and understanding and made sure I was comfortable and as calm as possible the whole time.

This dental office is very professional and friendly. I appreciate that when they are working on me there is no chatter about the staff’s personal lives , only conversation related to the job at hand. I know they are focused on the dental work and I’ve found the work to be very good.

Back in 2020, when my health issues first started, my mobility was limited and I needed to find a dentist close to home. I tried one place that just wasn’t a fit, and honestly, I was already frustrated and going through so much. I decided to try another clinic up the street @meadows.dental.group and walking in there turned out to be one of the biggest blessings during one of the lowest points in my life. Not only was the clinic amazing, but my actual dentist was a Black woman, Dr. Fouellefack. Because of my health, she needed to know a lot about my medical history before working on me, so I opened up and explained everything I had been dealing with. And from that very first appointment, every single time I walked into her office, she asked me how I was really doing. She encouraged me. She reminded me I was strong. She told me I was inspiring at a time when I didn’t feel strong at all. Every time I left that dentist chair, I walked out feeling a little bit better than when I came in. And during a season of my life when I felt weak, those moments mattered more than she probably knew. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference. And sometimes it’s the voice of a complete stranger someone who has nothing to gain or lose that speaks the loudest when you need it most. Dr. Fouellefack, thank you for being such a huge part of me finding my strength again.

Second visits: This is now my go to dental place. Yesterday I had my tooth crowned due to a sever crack. The process was explained and executed top notch. All staff were wonderful and accommodating to my son being present while I had this work done. The crown matches my teeth and the after pain is bearable. Following up next week to finish other needed fillings. Definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous! Prompt timing and wonderful hygienist. I have special dental needs, and they always work hard to accommodate and make me comfortable. Dr. Fouellefack is extremely skilled. I am needle-phobic, and I didn't feel a thing, and my mouth wasn't numb afterwards, as it has so often been with other dentists. Before I knew it, I had two fillings done! I can't recommend this group enough. A level above!

I'm going to start off by saying I have dental anxiety and hadn't seen a dentist for more than 20 years up until this year when I was fortunate enough to have found Dr. Fouellefack and her team. I have tried on and off over the years to try and see a dentist but always chickened out or I just wasn't feeling their tone when I inquired with different offices. My first conversation with Urte gave me the confidence to make an appointment for an initial examination. She was so patient, understanding, and kind! This can be said for everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting in the office from Dr. Fouellefack to Caitlin to Jennifer (sorry if I missed anyone!). I was never once made to feel judged or ashamed for neglecting my dental health for so long, but instead I was made to feel empowered to be taking such a step in conquering my fears. While I still have dental anxiety, knowing everyone at Meadows Dental have my best interests at heart and that I can trust them with my dental health makes it just that little bit easier to go. If you are in the same boat as me and are wanting to take the step but just can't quite do it, please contact them, you won't regret it!

I so like the care that I drive out to Pitt Meadows from Burnaby to go to this clinic.

Incredible experience,, I wish I could have written this review sooner but I had phone complications and just got back to all my accounts. I began experiencing some troubles with my wisdom teeth and kept putting it off more and more as I strongly dislike all dentist visits,, but after the discomfort became concerning near the end of the week I called Meadows Dental Group, the receptionist was immediately friendly and welcoming and she was able to get me an appointment right away. Less then a week later I met with Dr. Gisèle Awondzeko Fouellefack and all I can say is I will go no where else, she made me feel comfortable, and she was fully transparent with her thoughts regarding my case. I 100% recommended this establishment and all of their staff.
